B-management Team

Joseph Sadis

“Our combined and solid track record of success in this market is testimony to our expertise and know-how. Part of our added value comes from our determination to keep pushing the bar higher when it comes to this industry's standards.”

Joseph co-founded B-management in 2004 with Frank Van Steelandt. He has extensive international experience in operations and consultancy through decades spent in industry, trade and finance within European and American multinationals, namely CPC/Europe (now Unilever), the Ferruzzi Group (now Cargill), and Rice & Commodities. As a senior executive in these organisations, Joseph worked in The Netherlands, France, Switzerland and the USA.

In 1997 Joseph joined EIM, Europe’s first Executive Interim management player where he became a partner in 1999 and ran the group’s entire Belgian operations. In 2003 he joined Ernst & Young as a Partner where he co-directed the group’s Executive Temporary Management division.

Joseph is on the board of several public and private companies as well as a judge at Brussels’ Commercial Court. He teaches international trade to the MBA students at Solvay Brussels School of Management & Economics. He earned his own MBA from Wharton, after graduating in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the ULB.
