Jacques joined B-management in 2010 to develop and oversee a very specific portfolio of services: helping companies with operational turnarounds, debt negotiations and restructurings. He also advises B-management clients on corporate finance transactions, raising equity capital, and setting up acquisitions.

Jacques brings a deep and broad experience in advising distressed companies. He handles interim management and turnaround assignments since 2003 and has worked, as a Senior Director, with Alvarez & Marsal from 2006 through 2008.  Jacques began his career as a financial analyst within the Mergers and Acquisitions division of Lazard Frères.

Jacques’s exposure to business in Europe and in US spans a range of industries including apparel (Senior Executive with Devanlay), retail, real-estate, automotive (Deputy CFO at Peugeot SA), and ICT (Managing Director SFR).

Jacques holds degrees from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Paris) and from INSEAD.
