David joined B-Management in 2010 to head-up and develop the firm’s Middle Management practice. Prior to that, David worked with Batenborch Executive Search, where he was responsible for developing the Industry and Services practice, which would eventually become, under his leadership, the engine behind Batenborch’s development.

David began his career at Citibank (1997), where he successfully held consecutive commercial and managerial positions. Starting as an investment advisor, he was rapidly promoted to head one of the bank’s leading agencies in the North of Belgium.

David holds a Masters degree in applied economics from the University of Leuven (KUL).
