the use of sector practice groups

Experience has shown B-management that companies of a given sector face recurrent issues.

To increase its overall efficiency and decrease costs to clients, B-management has defined methodologies and approaches to solve these sector issues.

Methodologies are defined and implemented by practitioners recognized in their sectors and regrouped by B-management in “sector practice groups”.

These have been set up by B-management for a limited number of sectors (financial sector, automotive, healthcare…).

They include the best interim managers of that sector. They assist B-management in defining the key issues and in designing the best management solutions to the problems.

They constitute the preferred pool of resources to support B-management’s clients.

For B-management clients, it is a guarantee to have access to the best professionals of their sector for temporary assignments and to have at hand practical proven solutions to be implemented by people who designed them.
